Todd Mayer of Resolute Plumbing Solutions replaced a kitchen faucet set & drain basket, drain system for a bathroom sink, rebuilt an outside frost free faucet, and pressure tested another outside faucet line that hadn’t been used in many years & returned it to working order. He managed this in less than 3 hours despite encountering a couple of surprises. Todd also managed to fit me into his schedule promptly. He explained everything he planned to do, gave me a detailed estimate, was careful about both function and appearance of his work, and charged a fair price. And he’s a really nice guy. I can't praise the quality of servive provided by Resolute Plumbing Services. My hot water heater failed on a Thursday. Thankfully it was under warranty. Todd was on top of it and got a new one ordered immediately and had the new one installed the beginning of the following week. Then a few days later the heating element failed on the new hot water heater. Todd jumped on getting the new parts ordered and had it fixed within two days. Thank You Resolute Plumbing Solutions.
